I’m Dessard and I’ll tell you that what he showed us really works. I’ve kept working on the angle of release and have really added 75 feet to my throw. Start low and release at a hard angle and the disc will lay out to a perfect S.

Cool video. I have been told by a lot of the older golfers at my course not to pull upwards but straight across the chest, and it always seemed counter intuitive to me. Well now I can just relax and go back to pulling the way I had been.
