Create More Clubhead Speed and Swing ” on – Plane “
visit http://www.AGameGolfInstruction.com for hundreds of golf instruction videos.
In this golf instruction video, you’ll learn how a golf club swing trainer can do many things to help you achieve your A Golf Game including build tempo, strength, establish a correct golf grip, help you stretch, build additional golf club head speed which equals more distance, and swing on plane. There is one caveat however with using a heavy golf club swing trainer. Once you get used to swinging this club, because it is so much heavier than your normal golf clubs, when you go to the golf course, your driver will feel very light and it will feel like you can swing it much faster than usual. This does give you more golf club head speed but chances are, now your hands will be faster than your body and your tempo will be off. Before playing a round of golf, practice hitting several golf balls with your normal golf clubs until you get your tempo on track.

Manuel de la Torre Golf Swing
Manuel de la Torre is the leading proponent of Ernest JonesĀ“ Swing the Clubhead principles. In his amazing book “Understanding the Golf Swing”, he proposes a method to execute a simple, consistent and repeatable golf swing -without worrying about body mechanics-. I have found to get much consistency in all my shots using his simple approach: ‘ Swing the entire Club toward the target with your upper arms, and allow the relaxed body to respond to the swinging motion’. He proposes no weight shift during the backswing as the key for consistency: just keep you in balance and centered over the ball. http://www.manueldelatorregolf.com/index.html
